He attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where he earned a degree in telecommunications. Before entering financial services, Nevile built experience across several different roles, including freelance audio engineering, production support, and hands-on trade work, experiences that helped shape the way he communicates, solves problems, and works alongside others toward a clear outcome.
