Working with our practice means direct access to Keith Demetriades, CFP®, CKA®, and the support of a skilled team that keeps every detail on track. Keith sets your strategy, leads your planning conversations, and remains your main point of contact, while the team ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Keith is a fiduciary financial advisor, meaning he is both legally and personally committed to putting your best interests first. That official designation just confirms what he’s always done: put clients ahead of everything else.
While our team is based in Texas, we work with clients across the United States, providing personalized retirement planning no matter where you live.
We begin with an introductory call to see if we’re a good fit. In this short session, we’ll discuss not just your balance sheet, but how you see life now and what you’re building toward.
Once we’ve decided to proceed, we use the 4D Client Experience to explore your priorities and needs, then create a coordinated strategy to reach your goals.
Once your plan is in place, we’ll hold annual reviews to measure progress and adjust for changes in your circumstances or the markets. However, our active management philosophy means we’re monitoring and fine-tuning your plan year-round. We don’t believe in a set-it-and-forget-it strategy.
And we’re always accessible if you feel something needs attention or you want to talk through a decision. This approach ensures your plan remains relevant, your strategy reflects your priorities, and your wealth is managed in a way that protects the most important things in your life.
The 4D Client Experience is a structured process designed to explore your priorities and create a coordinated strategy to reach your goals. It keeps every part of your financial life connected, so your plan works in real life—not just on paper.
Design
A full life is measured by more than just financial returns; it’s also reflected in how you choose to live, and those choices should be intentional. We’ll begin by talking about your unique goals and aspirations in both the short and long term.
Determine
This is where we evaluate your financial situation and bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. We identify what’s already on track and address the areas that need attention to move you toward your goals.
Deploy
This is where we bring your designed life into reality with action. We take the strategies we’ve developed and put them in motion—adjusting investments, coordinating tax moves, and aligning estate planning steps—so every part of your plan actively works toward the life you’ve envisioned.
Develop
The concept of ongoing development is essential because financial planning is a journey of continuous improvement. We monitor and adapt your strategy, fine-tuning each element so your plan not only stays on track but continues to grow stronger over time.
Our clients typically have $500,000 or more in investable assets and are either preparing for retirement or already enjoying it. They want a coordinated plan that reduces complexity, integrates taxes and estate planning, and uses wealth to support both their current lifestyle and their long-term legacy.
If we’re not the right fit, we’ll do our best to answer your questions and connect you with someone who might be.
We recommend bringing all your investable assets into one coordinated strategy so tax planning, investments, and withdrawals all work together toward the same objectives. Having everything aligned gives us a complete view, which helps us make better, more timely decisions.
However, if you prefer to keep certain accounts elsewhere, you have that option. Just be aware that they won’t be part of the managed strategy.
As a multi-custodial firm, we can choose the custodian that best fits your needs, providing service, flexibility and access to different investments.
Your accounts stay in your name, and you retain full ownership and control. Keith’s role is to manage them on your behalf—always in alignment with your agreed strategy—using limited authority that you’ve granted for that purpose.
We don’t work for the custodians or earn commissions, so every recommendation is made solely in your best interest.
No. Services are billed monthly, and you can end the relationship at any time.
Answer1
Our fees are transparent and scale with your portfolio size.
There are no commissions, hidden charges, or separate fees for tax or estate planning guidance. Every dollar you spend on advice is designed to give you clear, measurable value.
Answer2
Our fees reflect the value of having a trusted partner who looks at more than just your investments. We coordinate your entire financial life—retirement income, tax strategies, estate planning, and more—so every decision supports the life you’re building. We help provide measurable benefits, like reduced taxes and smarter withdrawal planning, and the less tangible but equally important benefit of knowing you have a plan that works in real life, not just on paper. In the end, you’re investing in clarity, time, and confidence— freeing you to focus on living, while we focus on making sure your wealth works for you.
We start with the life you want to live and build the financial structure to support it. Every decision we make is part of a larger strategy designed to keep your wealth working in sync with your goals, both now and in the future.
We help clients with:
A truly comprehensive plan isn’t just a collection of services—it’s an integrated approach that keeps your finances organized, adaptable, and positioned to support your real life at every stage.
Tax planning is an important part of your overall strategy. We can coordinate with your CPA to identify opportunities — from Roth conversions to charitable giving to timing income and capital gains — so that your tax strategy supports your plan.
We don’t prepare or file tax returns.
Yes. We review and advise on all major types of coverage, including long-term care, life, disability, home, auto, and umbrella policies. Our recommendations are always based on what best serves your needs and aligns with your overall financial strategy.
We sell life, long-term care and disability insurance when it strengthens your plan and supports the life you want to protect. This allows us to integrate these protections directly into your broader strategy, making sure they work in harmony with the rest of your financial picture.
We don’t sell home, auto, or umbrella coverage. Instead, we guide you to the right providers so you get the protection you need without paying for coverage you don’t.
Your financial situation, your goals, and your comfort with risk are unique to you – and your financial plan should reflect that.
Keith doesn’t start with investment products or market forecasts – he starts with you. What keeps you up at night? What are you working toward? What does financial security actually look like in your life? Your portfolio should reflect your specific needs and evolve as your life changes.
That’s why Keith practices active management rather than using a buy-and-hold approach. He stays engaged with your portfolio, watching for risks that could threaten what you’ve built and positioning for opportunities that move you closer to your goals. When your circumstances change or new challenges emerge, Keith adjusts your strategy accordingly.
When your portfolio is designed around your real-life concerns and aspirations, investing becomes less about chasing performance and more about creating the foundation for the life you want to live.
We can’t wait to meet you!
