Tommy Bryant, CEPA®, AAMS®, operates his Kingsview Partners practice from Blacksburg, Virginia, serving clients throughout the region and beyond. Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, Tommy has called Roanoke home for the past 10 years and brings 11 years of financial industry experience to his work with individuals, families, and business owners.
Before becoming a financial advisor, Tommy owned a business and worked as a music teacher, experiences that helped shape his practical, relationship-driven approach to helping clients pursue their personal and financial goals. He earned his bachelor’s degree through the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Maharishi International University in Fairfield, Iowa, and completed graduate coursework for CFP® studies in Charlottesville, Virginia.
A Planning Approach Built Around What Matters Most
Tommy chose this profession because he is passionate about helping people reach the goals that matter most to them. He takes time to understand each client’s priorities, concerns, and financial picture so he can help them build a plan that feels aligned with their life.
For Tommy, the most rewarding part of the work is collaborating with clients to create, implement, and maintain a plan that can adapt as life changes. He believes strong financial guidance starts with listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients navigate decisions with clarity and confidence.
Helping Business Owners Plan for What Comes Next
With more than a decade of hands-on experience, Tommy has helped hundreds of clients prepare for retirement and move through important financial transitions. His work includes a particular focus on business owners, including exit and succession planning for those whose business may be their primary asset.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Tommy helps business owners think through the financial, personal, and strategic considerations that come with preparing for the next chapter. His approach centers on helping clients understand their options, protect what they have built, and make decisions that support both their business and personal goals.
A Life Rooted in Creativity, Craft, and Family
Outside the office, Tommy enjoys woodworking, playing music, live shows, comedy, and spending time with his wife, Kailey, along with their dog, Buffy, and cat, Tails.
Those creative outlets reflect much of what Tommy brings to his work: patience, attention to detail, and an appreciation for building something meaningful over time.
