Mario focuses his practice on the complex wealth issues faced by high-net-worth investors, institutions, corporate retirement plans, and foundations. His triadic approach combines fundamental, quantitative, and technical analysis to help clients mitigate risk while achieving their financial objectives. He joined Kingsview Asset Management in 2019 as the lead investment strategist at the firm’s Woodbury, NY office.

As a licensed attorney in New York State, Mario prides himself on being a diligent student of “life and the markets.” His wealth management process incorporates financial planning, prudent investment strategies, and a client-first approach. Mario holds the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies that meet a higher defined standard of care. He also holds the CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) designation from the College for Financial Planning, focusing on pre- and post-retirement needs, asset allocation, and estate planning.

Mario entered the financial services industry in 2010 as an equity trader for a boutique investment firm, then transitioned his business to Wells Fargo Private Client Group in 2012. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, Mario held his Series 7, 63, 66, 9 & 10 (General Securities Sales Supervisor) FINRA licenses and earned his Portfolio Management Designation. He was also trained by William J. O’Neil (founder of Investor’s Business Daily). He completed the IBD Portfolio Management classes in fundamental and technical analysis (Level I, II, & III).

Over the course of his career, Mario has earned numerous accolades and has been featured in several prestigious publications. Mario can be seen on TV on Fox Business’ “Mornings with Maria” Wall Street Segment. Furthermore, he also contributes to Yahoo Finance, Cheddar News, Schwab Trading Network, and CNBC. Mario earned his Juris Doctorate at Hofstra University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stony Brook University. In his spare time, Mario enjoys reading. He also loves collecting and playing guitars, especially the blues. Mario also has a passion for racecars and is an active member in the Ferrari club.

FiNext Award allows people to nominate themselves. They are evaluated by a panel of judges and the winner is selected based on criteria and the judges assessment of the nominee contribution. The winners are then recognized at the FiNext conference where they receive their award. There is no cost for the award but the “All-access pass” to attend the conference is $3,398

The Access Magazine award is determined through a survey of the market. The survey is sent out to a list of respondents, and they vote for their preferred candidate in each award category. The editorial team then reviews and selects the winners. There is no cost for this award.
