Mario focuses his practice on the spectrum of complex wealth issues that face high-net-worth investors, institutions, corporate retirement plans, and foundations.

His triadic approach of fundamental, quantitative and technical analysis, helps clients mitigate risk while helping them meet their financial objectives. He joined Kingsview Asset Management in 2019 as the founding partner and lead portfolio manager of the Kingsview Woodbury office.

As a licensed attorney in New York State, Mario prides himself on being a diligent student of “life and the markets”. His wealth management process incorporates financial planning, prudent investment strategies and only putting clients’ interests first. Mario holds the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. This designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a higher defined standard of care. Mario also holds the CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) designation from the College for Financial Planning. This designation focuses on pre-and post-retirement needs, asset allocation, and estate planning.

Mario entered the financial services industry in 2010 as an Equity Trader for a boutique investment firm. He then transitioned his business to Wells Fargo Private Client Group in 2012. During Mario’s tenure at Wells Fargo, he held his Series 7, 63, 66, 9 & 10 (General Securities Sales Supervisor) FINRA licenses and earned his Portfolio Management Designation. Mario was also trained by William J. O’Neil (founder of Investor’s Business Daily) and completed the IBD Portfolio Management classes in fundamental and technical analysis (Level I, II, & III).

Mario has been awarded numerous accolades, as well as being featured in various publications during the course of his career over the past decade. Some examples of his industry expertise and recognition include: Long Island Business News 40 Under 40 Award (2021), Access Magazine “Financial Planning” (2020), FiNext Award “Excellence in Finance” (2019), New York Magazine “Five Star Wealth Manger in NYC” (2015 & 2014), and he was also featured in the Forbes Magazine “Investing with a Safety Net” (2014). Mario also contributes to Fox Business, Yahoo Finance, and Cheddar News on a regular basis.

Mario earned his Juris Doctorate at Hofstra University School of Law and is a graduate of Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mario enjoys reading during his spare time. He also loves collecting and playing guitars, especially the blues.
