Ellen Furstenberg has been part of the industry since 2016, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for customer service to her role as Branch Office Administrator for Shannon Avery and Kolby Madsen. Since joining Shannon’s team in November 2022, Ellen has consistently demonstrated her dedication to exceptional service and her knack for problem-solving, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness from UNC Greensboro and was working as a Director of Community Relations at an independent living community before transiting to work as a Branch Office Administrator. Outside of her professional life, Ellen enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband Michael, whom she married in 2018, and their energetic son, Will. Her family keeps her life exciting and full of joy, inspiring her both personally and professionally. Ellen’s commitment to helping others and her friendly, proactive approach make her a valued member of the team, and her enthusiasm for her work is evident in everything she does.
