Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Daniel Dixon attended York College of Pennsylvania & Towson State University, where he studied marketing, finance, and business administration. Daniel currently resides in Eureka, California where he operates his independent Kingsview Partners practice. Daniel joined the firm in 2022 with seven years of industry experience.

Daniel’s professional journey began in restaurant management and real estate investment, specializing in buying and rehabbing residential properties.  He later drew on that experience as an owner and operator of a popular craft-burger restaurant. The experience he gained led him to assist other business owners through his boutique management consulting firm, which he led for six years before shifting to his real passion as a financial advisor.  Daniel’s entrepreneurial spirit brings energy and dedication to his work, with the aim of positively impacting his clients’ lives.

Daniel holds a CA life insurance license and previously obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.  Additionally, Daniel holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor – CPFA® designation through the American Retirement Association. Daniel has a broad range of experience and assists in a range of client investment and comprehensive planning needs.  He has carved out a niche, focusing on employer-sponsored retirement plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 457, and Cash Balance plans.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Daniel serves as Vice Chair of the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation Board and is a former Chair of the Humboldt County Workforce Development Board, on which he still serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Daniel enjoys gardening, fishing, hiking and spending time with his wife Amanda, their daughters Isabella & Sophia, and two dogs Lily and Henry.
