Chad A. Swanson is a Wealth Manager and Director of Operations at Kingsview Wealth Management. Having served clients for 20 years, Mr. Swanson has a diverse background that allows him to assist families and businesses with complex financial planning needs.

Growing up between Hawaii and Southern California, Chad studied economics at the University of California, San Diego and holds a degree in Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College. As an avid snow skier, surfer, and certified Scuba diver he was fortunate to travel during and after college throughout the US and Europe to revel in the thrills of extreme sports. After working for a Real Estate Development Company and completing a project in Grants Pass, Oregon he decided to settle in Southern Oregon with his family.

Over the last two decades, Mr. Swanson has gained deep industry experience having provided his organizational and communication skills to top producing teams at both independent and wirehouse firms including LPL, Morgan Stanley and UBS. While managing multiple offices, he assisted with trading, research and all aspects of wealth management including investment, tax and estate planning.
In 2011 Chad initially joined, and then purchased investment advisory firm Strategic Financial Management, Inc. in Medford Oregon, along with a hedge fund. As President and Senior Portfolio Manager he gained invaluable insight into the industry. However, with the ongoing complexities of regulations, technology and operations Mr. Swanson had been searching for a locally based partner. Desiring to provide the best possible financial services experience for his clients he is grateful to have discovered Kingsview.

Currently residing in Grants Pass, Oregon with his wife Tiffany of 25 years, Chad has five homeschooled children. He spends most of his free time with his family, and enjoys studying theology, teaching, volunteering at his local church and playing guitar.
