Abigail Spencer is the Managing Director of Operations & Integrations at Kingsview Partners. In this role, she leads the advisor onboarding process and broader operational lifecycle, aligning teams across the firm to deliver a seamless and consistent transition experience for advisors, branch office administrators, and their clients.
To support the firm’s continued growth, Abigail oversees both Kingsview’s Integration Teams and BOA/COA Operations infrastructure. She ensures advisors receive coordinated support from pre-transition planning through post-integration stabilization. Abigail also serves as the central leader accountable for the advisor lifecycle, helping advisors transition assets, implement firm technology and best practices, and stabilize operations during this critical period.
Abigail joined Kingsview Partners in early 2019 to help develop the processes and operational infrastructure required to support advisors transitioning into the RIA environment. Over the years, she has held several leadership roles at Kingsview including: Senior Integration Lead, Integrations Manager, and Vice President of Integrations. In 2026, she assumed the role of Managing Director of Operations & Integrations.

Abigail lives in Grants Pass, Oregon, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Amelia and Javian, while staying active in her community.
