Where is the Bottom?
The market has been more volatile than any time over the past two years based upon fears that the global economy is slowing or going into a recession. On top of global slowing are persistent worries over declining oil prices and the impact upon inflation (or lack thereof). Toss in Ebola and continued fighting in the Middle East and investors suddenly have the serious case of the worries.
