The proud son of a U.S. Army officer, Joshua Coupe was born in Germany and spent his formative years living in Germany and Holland as well as several different U.S. states in different regions of the country. This experience shaped his world view from an early age as he was exposed to many different cultures, languages, and people. Joshua’s extensive world travel during his childhood helped him hone his interpersonal skills, ultimately leading him to choose a career in financial planning so he could work closely with and help others. Joshua graduated from Salesianumn High School before attending Mount Saint Mary’s where he played Rugby.
After attending school, Joshua spent time working as a Project Manager at J.P. Morgan Chase and then began his financial services career working for Sharebuilder, the online brokerage at ING Direct. Soon thereafter he opened an office with Edward Jones, where he spent ten years building a financial planning and investment management practice. His knack for numbers and steadfast approach proved to be a natural fit for the financial planning process.
Today, Joshua lives in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife Allet and daughter Izzy. He currently operates his own independent financial planning and investment management practice through Kingsview Asset Management. Obsessively ethical, Joshua specializes in offering clients easy to understand, yet comprehensive financial information.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys woodworking, tending to his vegetable garden, and spending time outdoors.
